Overview
You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo, in the area dedicated to the development and evolution of ICT solutions supporting credit processes. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring software development projects for applications and data components for highly complex systems, contributing to the adoption of innovative technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (LLMs and agents) as accelerators of the development cycle. You will ensure the quality, reliability and compliance of solutions with the requirements and constraints of the banking context.
What you will do
- Analyse requirements and business needs together with the Bank's users in order to detail functional specifications and assess the impact on software
- Prepare estimates, budget management, and activity planning, also in teams with other colleagues
- Develop and supervise functional analyses and interaction with Suppliers for the realisation of software following the various project phases, including testing, production release and follow-up
- Take part in designing a solution in a complex, highly interactive environment with the most innovative technologies
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development with AI tools
- Knowledge of the IT development cycle, planning, monitoring, estimation and budgeting
- Experience in projects and application management of credit platforms in medium-large organisations, including coordination of the development team
- Experience in application management of credit platforms, particularly loans
- Use of design and reporting tools
- Knowledge of sales and after-sales processes for loans and credit granting
- English language knowledge at B2 level
- Knowledge of Agile and estimation and planning using Function Points
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java), Spring Boot, relational databases (AlloyDB, PostgreSQL), BigQuery and microservices
- Knowledge of other credit processes and banking areas
