Overview
Within the Group's IT Governance function, you will contribute to overseeing and evolving IT governance processes, with particular focus on monitoring and managing service levels (SLA/KPI) delivered to the Group's Divisions and the impacts of DORA regulations, with special attention to the Group's international branches.
You will also support planning, control, and reporting activities to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment between IT initiatives and the Bank's strategic objectives.
What will your activities be
- Contribute to the exercise of the parent company's IT governance role with particular focus on the international network
- Oversee the monitoring of IT service levels through the definition and analysis of KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare and consolidate management reporting to support business structures and governance bodies
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of initiatives linked to the ICT strategic plan
- Support economic planning, budgeting, and IT spending control activities
- Collaborate on the governance of IT programs and projects, monitoring their progress, risks, and impacts
- Participate in the evolution of IT processes and organizational models, in line with Group guidelines and applicable regulations
- Support coordination between different IT structures and business units, including internationally
- Contribute to managing internal communication activities in the IT Governance area
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Strategy, or management consulting
- Experience in producing IT service level reporting
- Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Program & Project Management logic
- Familiarity with compliance and governance issues in the banking/financial sector
- Familiarity with IT processes and organizational models
- Good knowledge of the English language
