IT Analyst (m/f)
(Zagreb)
We are looking for an expert to take on the role of IT Analyst in the financial industry. The position includes analyzing business requirements, creating technical specifications, and testing software solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and creation of technical specifications
- Testing of software solutions at a functional level
- Active collaboration with development engineers and business users
- Providing support to project managers and IT designers
- Coordination of IT activities involving interventions in multiple IT systems or applications
- Management of smaller project units
Formal requirements that all applicants must meet:
- Completed technical degree (FER, FOI, FERIT, TVZ, PMF, or related faculties/colleges)
- 5 or more years of work experience in business requirement analysis and/or IT systems in the financial industry
In addition to experience in the banking sector, this position requires:
- Experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming
- Knowledge of DWH (Data Warehouse) and BI (Business Intelligence) system architecture
- Understanding of SW development processes
- Experience in creating functional specifications, quality control, and testing application solution functionality
- Knowledge and experience in the field of bank regulatory reporting
