Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to monitoring staff training
- Take part in updating training documents, including training modules, training grids and e-learning materials
- Support the preparation of training schedules for new joiners and enrolments
- Take part in leading theoretical and practical training modules
- Support the organisation, review and archiving of training records
- Contribute to harmonising training practices across different sectors
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: methodical, curious, comfortable building relationships. Knowledge of teaching and facilitation techniques, GMP, and an interest in digital tools
- Education: bachelor's +3 to bachelor's +5 in pharmacy, production or engineering
- Languages: reading English
