About us:
The Audit and Inspection team at Sanofi is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections worldwide. As part of your mandatory internship, you will gain insights into our team's workflows. Additionally, we ensure continuous quality assurance and compliance by managing CAPAs, reviewing GMP documentation, and ensuring constant inspection readiness, while simultaneously acting as an interface to authorities, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Job Description
- You will support the organization and updating of GMP documentation, SOPs, and audit reports
- You will assist in preparing documents for upcoming audits and inspections
- You will participate in managing CAPAs, including tracking corrective and preventive actions, creating simple reports, and assisting with deadline monitoring
- You will be actively involved in audit and inspection preparation, e.g., by collecting relevant information, creating checklists, and assisting with the coordination of appointments with internal stakeholders
- Be creative and design training materials, optimize our team homepage, and help us become audit influencers
Requirements & Qualifications
- You are studying biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, or another relevant degree program that deals with, for example, project management or communication
- You are looking for a mandatory internship of 5-6 months
- You are proficient in the MS Office package and have basic GMP knowledge
- You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working and proactive action
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- You bring fun and creativity to solving complex tasks
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
