Job Description

This position directly supports Business Development Managers in the continuous development of new business sales, with the purpose of achieving monthly targets through the generation of leads and sales opportunities within different accounts.

The position is a temporary replacement.

Responsibilities:

Support business development managers through prospecting and discovery of new opportunities

Lead generation - identify, nurture, and manage leads until the point where Business Development assumes responsibility for the relationship.

Campaign follow-up - ensure that incoming leads are qualified, followed up, and processed within 24 hours to ensure a proper customer experience.

Achieve KPIs and targets - including opportunities generated, meetings booked, and outbound calls.

Facilitate and enhance relationship building at all levels within target client organizations

Facilitate cross-selling opportunities and business development within the Experian group as a whole.

Actively contribute to a culture that achieves business objectives.

Ensure that positive customer/consumer outcomes are at the center of all operational activity and decision-making.

Deliver great service to customers and consumers and strive to exceed their expectations.

Qualifications

  • Requirements - Previous B2B experience in the sector, information, insurance, or financial products, Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing. - Motivation to achieve and meet business objectives - Good written and verbal communication skills - Positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach at all times - Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with other internal departments when necessary. - Some understanding/knowledge of the B2B market, Credit Risk Management would be beneficial, but not essential. - Preferred Education: Higher-level vocational training or related university degree
