Overview
You will join the Data Office, Analytics & Trend Analysis structure of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni, which coordinates the evolution and responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the business processes of the Insurance Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo group.
You will be responsible for turning business needs and opportunities into concrete Data Analytics and/or AI initiatives, contributing to their experimentation, prioritisation and implementation.
What your activities will be
- Support business lines and functions throughout the entire innovation cycle, from ideation to implementation and value creation of results.
- Collect, assess and prioritise innovative initiatives and AI adoption, identifying opportunities of value for the insurance business and evaluating their technological feasibility, economic sustainability and impact on processes
- Experiment with and promote the adoption of AI and GenAI solutions, acting across functions as a focal point between business functions, IT and the relevant Group structures
- Support the strategic decisions of management through AI and innovation, accelerating process transformation and the valorisation of data.
- Promote AI Productivity tools for processes and individual productivity, spreading best practices
- Prepare presentations, reports and summary materials in support of stakeholders and Top Management
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms, in innovation or digital transformation, with active participation in AI / GenAI adoption projects in the insurance / banking sector
- English knowledge at least B2
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
- Knowledge of automation tools, GenAI, Prompt Engineering and AI Productivity
- Curiosity and up-to-date awareness of the evolution of technologies and the AI regulatory framework
Knowledge of the following is a preferred qualification:
- Databricks
- Python and SQL
- Qlik Sense, Power BI
Candidates who have gained significant professional or academic experience in international contexts will be given preferential consideration.
