About the position
As an HVAC Operations Engineer within our Facility Management FBC team, you will work together with the team to shape the future of facility management and ensure the operational availability of our infrastructure. Ready to get started?
Main responsibilities:
- Energy optimization of HVAC systems
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
- Operational support, ensuring maximum system availability through the further development and optimization of systems and equipment
- Execution of GMP-compliant system qualification
- Planning, procurement, and implementation of utility systems (HVAC and associated media), including cost-benefit analyses considering technical, qualitative, and energy-related aspects
- Development of investment and maintenance concepts as well as coordination of maintenance measures and the involved partner companies/trades, including spare parts procurement
- Conducting systematic process analyses to identify and eliminate defects to increase system availability and minimize costs
- Cost estimation, cost calculation, and cost control
- Development and definition of automation concepts and strategies using building management systems
- Creation / updating / processing of documents
- Representation of the department during audits
About you
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Education and professional experience
- Degree in engineering, preferably in technical building equipment / building services engineering or comparable education
- Knowledge in the areas of cGMP, pharmaceutical compliance, and HSE
Social skills / Technical skills:
- High level of team and customer orientation, willingness to take on responsibility
- Independent, structured, and systematic way of working
- Enjoyment in introducing new organizational and innovative technical methods and processes
- Broad technical and business understanding
- Good MS-Office and SAP skills
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management
Languages
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Good written and spoken English language skills

The salary range for this position is: €79.104,00 - €105.472
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
