How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- Design and implement innovative retention strategies to improve the experience and loyalty of users at Cabify.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that drive audience growth and strengthen brand positioning.
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to increase trips and improve performance at each stage of the process.
- Use advanced analytics tools and data to detect insights, develop new features and enhance the user experience in the app.
- Drive the formulation and execution of the audience growth strategy, adapting with agility to a dynamic, competitive and constantly evolving environment.
What we are looking for:
- Alignment with our principles.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- More than 4 years of experience in tech companies or dynamic work environments.
- Advanced English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively in changing, fast-paced environments.
- Proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow alongside the company.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
- Passion for solving complex problems and extracting key insights, with innate curiosity to explore new solutions.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with knowledge of SQL (desirable).
- Action-oriented profile, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
