About Your Team:
You'll be part of Cabify Logistics, the area responsible for managing our package and freight delivery service. We work to improve and optimize deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction, striving to be leaders in sustainability. Your impact will be direct on operational efficiency, helping to multiply revenue to achieve profitability targets through technology.
🎯 Role Mission:
At Cabify Logistics we're building the most efficient last-mile network in Latin America. For that we need someone who not only executes prospecting processes, but understands them deeply and automates them. This role exists at the intersection of sales, operations, and AI automation.
Your work will be: generating pipeline today and, in parallel, designing alongside the Growth team and building the systems that eliminate the need to do it manually tomorrow. The success of this role is measured in three things: SQLs generated, activation rate of new accounts toward their first shipment, and manual processes that stopped being manual… thanks to you!
🛠️ How Will You Help Us Fulfill Our Mission?

AI Automation: Prototype and implement solutions that reduce or eliminate manual tasks, documenting the impact on time savings.

Prospecting Operations: Manage inbound leads from various sources (Amplemarket, TiendaNube, etc.) and convert them into real opportunities in Salesforce.

Pipeline Optimization: Manage the auto sign-up flow of CrossDock, eliminating friction to ensure the selected person reaches their first shipment.

Future Vision: Identify new AI use cases (lead scoring, sequence personalization) so that the current role evolves toward total autonomy.
