In the Growth Marketing team, we're looking for a Growth Marketing & Media Specialist to lead media strategy and planning with a 360-degree vision: digital, offline, and CRM, all with a clear focus on business impact.
🎯 Role Mission
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and measuring marketing and media initiatives that drive Cabify's growth. With a comprehensive view of channels (online, offline, and owned), you'll coordinate growth actions aligned with business objectives, ensuring that every euro invested translates into measurable results. Your analytical skills will be key to making data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing campaign performance.
🔍 What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in media planning, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Demonstrable experience in media planning and buying
- Experience in CRM and owned channels: email marketing, push notifications, audience segmentation.
- Highly analytical profile: comfortable working with data to plan, optimize, and measure campaign impact.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) valued.
- Clear business vision: ability to connect media execution with the company's strategic objectives.
- Experience working with media budgets and reporting ROI/ROAS to stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, highly proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in agile environments.
- Knowledge of the Spanish market.
