🚀 Growth Manager | Go-To-Market & Logistics Strategy
At Cabify Logistics we are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, data obsession, and execution capability to lead growth and business expansion initiatives.
This position will be key to defining, executing, and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, developing launch and scaling plans, and ensuring that our initiatives generate real impact on customers, operations, and business results.
What will you do?
🎯 Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new products, services, customer segments, and markets.
📊 Analyze commercial and operational performance to identify growth, penetration, and expansion opportunities.
📈 Build business models, market analysis, projections, and business cases that support strategic decision-making.
🚀 Lead cross-functional initiatives with Commercial, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to accelerate growth.
🔍 Deeply understand customer behavior, competition, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
⚙️ Define success metrics, monitor results, and generate data-driven recommendations.
💡 Design experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concept tests to validate growth hypotheses before scaling.

✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
✅ Experience in technology, logistics, marketplaces, mobility, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is highly valued.
