At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. Wolt Market is a member of the Wolt platform. We have our own brick-and-mortar outlets, but customers do not enter them - they shop online via the Wolt app. We process the order and hand it over to a courier, who takes care of its fast delivery.
We are a great team, we like to laugh together, we solve whatever happens on the spot, and we are not afraid of hard work. 🩵
If you prefer independent work without customer interaction, this position is perfect for you.
What you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders via our "Merchant" app
- Preparing and packing groceries
- Handing over orders to customers and couriers
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Daily contact with suppliers and couriers
- Food quality control
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
Our modest expectations:
- You learn quickly and multitasking is not foreign to you
- You have a proactive, customer-oriented, simply "can-do" attitude
- You can handle technology (you know how to use a smartphone and laptop)
- You are a motivated and flexible person - working in a fast-changing environment
- You have the ambition to grow and develop
- You are fluent in Slovak, both spoken and written (B2/C1)
- You have basic English skills (for navigating our systems)
