At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. Wolt Market is part of the Wolt platform. We have our own physical stores, but customers don't come to us directly - they shop online through the Wolt app. We process the order and hand it over to a courier, who takes care of its fast delivery.
We're a great team, we love laughing together, we solve whatever comes up on the job, and we're not afraid of work. 🩵
If you prefer independent work without customer interaction, this position is perfect for you.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Processing orders through our "Merchant" app
- Preparing and packaging food
- Handing over orders to customers and couriers
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Daily contact with suppliers and couriers
- Quality control of food
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
Our modest expectations:
- You learn quickly and multitasking is second nature to you
- You have a proactive, customer-focused, simply "can-do" approach
- You can handle technology (you know how to use a smartphone and laptop)
- You're a motivated and flexible person - work in a fast-changing environment
- You have ambition to grow and develop
- You speak Slovak fluently in both speech and writing (B2/C1)
- You have basic English skills (for navigation in our systems)
