At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. We are looking for teammates to join our Wolt Market store on a part-time basis! 💪🏻
Wolt Market is a member of the Wolt platform. We have our own brick-and-mortar pick-up stores, but customers don’t come to us - they shop online via the Wolt app. We process the order and hand it over to a courier, who takes care of its fast delivery.
We’re a great team, we enjoy laughing together, we tackle whatever comes up on the spot, and hard work is no stranger to us. 🩵
If you prefer independent work without customer communication, this position is just for you.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing orders through our "Merchant" app
- Preparing and packing groceries
- Handing over orders to customers and couriers
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Daily contact with suppliers and couriers
- Checking grocery quality
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
Our modest expectations:
- You learn quickly and multitasking is no stranger to you
- You have a proactive, customer-focused, simply “can-do” attitude
- You can handle technology (you know how to use a smartphone and laptop)
- You are a motivated and flexible person - working in a fast-changing environment
- You are ambitious to grow and develop
- You speak and write Slovak fluently (B2/C1)
- You have basic English (for navigating our systems)
