Job Description

We are looking for a GPM Digital Transformation & AI Solutions responsible for leading the expansion and performance of our digital platform, encompassing modernization of the web platform, evolution of the Serasa Empresas app, integration of the conversational agent on WhatsApp, and launch of customer-facing solutions based on Agentic AI. The position will play a central role in defining long-term vision, developing advanced digital capabilities, and integrating product, technology, and business to accelerate growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous experience in digital product management, with exposure to digital channels (web/app) – experience with WhatsApp solutions will be a differentiator;
  • Strong analytical capability and mastery of product metrics and financial results
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex deliverables in an agile environment;
  • Experience with high-scale products (preferably B2B) with solid knowledge of product frameworks (OKRs, discovery, prioritization, hypotheses, and experimentation);

  • Lead the technical and offering evolution of the channels, enabling continuous improvement in performance, usability, engagement, and retention, agnostic to payment/business models;
  • Manage initiatives for new flows, features, and integrations, prioritizing business impact and operational efficiency.

  • Develop a strategic vision for the Agent focused on self-service, personalization, and monetization;
  • Coordinate the roadmap, considering evolutions and integrations with other products/solutions.

Artificial Intelligence and Platform

  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that expand recommendation, personalization, efficiency, and revenue generation;
  • Connect business and technology vision for testing, pilots, and implementation of AI models together with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams;
  • Ensure data governance, compliance, and scalability of solutions.

Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams (Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Content), ensuring clarity of objectives, strategic alignment, and excellence in execution;
  • Establish robust processes for roadmap, discovery, and prioritization, ensuring alignment between vision, technical capacity, and corporate objectives;
  • Lead communication forums and decision-making, presenting vision, results, and risks, and articulating priorities with key areas;
  • Promote a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across products and journeys;
  • Create and implement individual development plans for PMs, reinforcing competencies in strategy, data analysis, communication, and business vision.
