Job Description
What we are looking for in you:
- Experience with the entire sales cycle, especially with sales of analytical solutions, customer segmentation models, and/or marketing platforms;
- Excellent influence, articulation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to discuss challenges and demands of clients operating in Marketing, CRM, and Sales areas; mapping market needs and defining the best way to operate
- Strategic vision, ownership mentality, and customer focus;
- Knowledge of the Salesforce tool for monitoring portfolio and sales pipeline;
- Previous experience in companies in the AdTech, CRMs, CDPs segments and companies that offer analytical solutions for marketing.
Main Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for defining and executing the GTM strategy for Marketing Services solutions, working together with the Commercial team;
- You should guide commercial teams on the best offerings for the segment and sub-segment, presenting the most suitable solutions for the business and creating an entry strategy in different segments;
- Act on the current customer portfolio and prospect new accounts, generating new opportunities and ensuring growth of existing revenue;
- Relationship with clients at all hierarchical levels;
- You will lead a team of 10 specialized sales executive resources
- You will work jointly with the segments team, being responsible for the preparation,
- Validation and presentation to clients of the technical scope of the commercial proposal;
- You should map market needs, bring insights, and propose new business models, working together with the Products team to structure new offerings that serve different customer verticals;
- As leader of the Go To Market structure, you should challenge the status quo and map new strategic opportunities to expand Serasa Experian's operations in the Marketing, CRM, and Advertising segments, creating a specific commercial approach to serve this market;
- Additionally, you should manage existing contracts, constantly bringing market provocations and feedback on solutions, proposing improvements in processes and seeking cross-sell and up-sell opportunities;
