Job Title: Gã Bilingual Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transcribe video content in both Gã and English, ensuring accuracy and attention to linguistic detail.
  2. Diligently outline timestamps to synchronize transcriptions with video content.
  3. Analyze and describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers for nuanced language understanding.
  4. Examine and annotate grammar, vocabulary, and syntactic structures in both languages.
  5. Define the conceptual aspects of words and phrases, capturing cultural and contextual nuances.
  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex language-related tasks and challenges.
  7. Deliver high-quality, structured outputs in line with project guidelines and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native or near-native proficiency in Gã and fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  2. Proven ability to transcribe and analyze spoken content with precision and clarity.
  3. Strong attention to detail in annotating grammar, tone, and emotion.
  4. Deep understanding of language structures, word meanings, and cultural context in Gã and English.
  5. Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week to the project.
  6. Experience with language analysis, transcription, or linguistics tasks at a complex level.
  7. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to quality and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in linguistics, translation, or related language studies.
  2. Previous experience working on language data or AI training projects.
  3. Familiarity with transcription tools or language annotation software.
