Role Description
The Digital Solutions Leader is responsible for detailed analysis and design, construction and delivery for quality testing of software components at scale while meeting agreed acceptance criteria and ensuring adherence to defined policies, standards, and metrics for the area. Must provide necessary guidance in defining criteria and managing the flow of gateways that make the final product a system of quality and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis and design for the implementation of projects and product versions assigned to you, within the vision, guidelines, and standards defined in the Product Architecture.
- Ensure that detailed analysis and design documentation is kept up to date. Build and deliver software components that meet assigned functional and non-functional requirements as well as the effort, duration, and quality metrics defined for the area.
- Requirements Analysis - BRD (Business Requirement Document). Provide support in defining criteria and policies for the Information Bureau for the development of credit policies for the decision engine.
- Provide support for incidents generated by inconsistencies that arise with processes developed and delivered to customers in production environment.
- Manage detailed activities of the decision engine solution construction project assigned for the execution of implementations, report daily the time invested in each of the activities performed and progress against the established plans.
- Provide technical guidance on decision engine solution projects to our customers, ensuring compliance with their value promise, financial and business objectives.
- Support the commercial and BD team in the initiation and maintenance phase of our customers' projects. Ensure in your role customer satisfaction (NPS: Net Promoter Score).
Qualifications
- Education: Electronic Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related fields.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in the FullStack Developer role
- Technical Knowledge: Java or Python, SQL Databases, Html, Css, Js, Angular, API Rest, Json,
