Job Description
What does your working day look like ...
- You ensure not only satisfied but delighted guests at reception
- You always stay cool, even when all guests check in at the same time
- You ensure a smooth flow when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes within your shift team
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have completed training in the hospitality industry, gained work experience and speak fluent German and English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
- You also know the city well and always have insider tips up your sleeve
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
- You are a doer, and you openly admit when you have made a mistake
