Freelance Frontend Developer

Accountabilities: The Freelance Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing production-ready websites and landing pages that meet client objectives. This role requires strong frontend expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality user experiences from requirements through final implementation.

Build landing pages, waitlist pages, promotional pages, and conversion-focused web experiences with clear structures, calls-to-action, and engaging layouts. Develop small multi-page websites, including company websites, portfolios, service pages, restaurant sites, and simple online stores. Implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces that provide consistent experiences across browsers and devices. Translate designs, mockups, and written requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code. Integrate forms, email capture solutions, analytics tools, and basic CMS or headless content platforms. Apply frontend best practices related to SEO, accessibility, semantic HTML, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals. Review, debug, optimize, and refine website structure, styling, responsiveness, and functionality. Independently troubleshoot frontend issues related to layouts, performance, and browser compatibility. Deliver complete web experiences while maintaining high standards for usability, design quality, and technical execution.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a frontend developer with strong experience creating modern websites and landing pages, combining technical skills with a strong visual sense and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development, landing page creation, or website development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including responsive design principles, Flexbox, and Grid. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, or similar technologies. Experience using utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind or modern component libraries. Ability to convert Figma designs and written briefs into clean, maintainable code. Familiarity with form handling, email capture tools, and analytics integrations such as GA4 or similar platforms. Working knowledge of on-page SEO, accessibility fundamentals, and website performance optimization. Experience working with CMS or headless content platforms such as Webflow, Framer, Sanity, Contentful, or similar is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a refined visual sense, ensuring websites feel intentional and professional. Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and deliver complete solutions with minimal supervision. Portfolio demonstrating shipped landing pages and/or small websites is required. Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or above).
