Job Summary:

As a Financial Due Diligence Analyst, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and evaluate Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial statements, and contracts to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  2. Assess deal processes, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising transactions, to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial documentation.
  3. Perform rigorous analysis of sensitive and confidential documents while maintaining strict adherence to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance standards.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data, both at surface and content levels, ensuring organizational and regulatory requirements are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and communicate complex financial findings and compliance issues effectively through written and verbal channels.
  6. Document and summarize analytical findings, providing clear, actionable insights for customer’s team decision-making during critical transactions.
  7. Support the development and continuous improvement of financial due diligence processes by contributing expert feedback and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PII compliance, including advanced awareness of non-obvious identifiers within financial and proprietary documents.
  2. Proven track record in M&A, corporate finance, or transactional due diligence environments.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at synthesizing and presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
  4. Expertise in identifying and analyzing risk factors within confidential information and financial documents.
  5. Strong grasp of compliance standards relating to sensitive document handling and regulatory best practices.
  6. Demonstrated ability to review, reconcile, and verify complex financial data across diverse industries.
  7. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, confidential settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in financial due diligence for technology, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  2. Background in supporting AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
  3. Professional certification in compliance, risk management, or corporate finance (e.g., CPA, CFA, CAMS).
