Financial Consultant Trainee

Overview

We are selecting motivated individuals to undertake a training and professional growth path in financial consulting within our Group.

The path begins with a 6-month full-time internship, in-person, within our branches, where you will learn the art of client management, the creation of targeted economic-financial portfolios and will follow a training path designed to prepare you for the OCF (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) exam that will enable you to provide financial consulting.

What will your activities be

During your branch internship you will be supported by a team with experience in financial consulting and you will learn to:

  • organize your day by preparing meetings with clients, through constant study and updates, under the guidance of tutors who will follow you throughout the internship path
  • bring out clients' implicit needs through proper exploration and argumentation and the targeted commercial proposal that will result from it
  • build a valuable relationship through knowledge and skills that will allow you to manage the portfolio assigned to you, in any market context, becoming a true point of reference for your clients and your team
  • create meaningful relationships both in the branch and outside, with the natural authority that your professionalism will give you

Who we are looking for

People who want to turn their passion into a profession and are in possession of:

  • three-year or master's degree in economics, finance, law or political science
  • five-year diploma with brief experience in insurance or commercial fields

What we offer you

Hiring with a mixed contract, upon successful completion of the internship and obtaining OCF enabling requirements. You will have the opportunity to experience the flexibility of self-employment combined with the security of a large Group:

  • you will be an employee, with the role of manager in our branches throughout the national territory, with a vertical part-time contract for an indefinite period (two days per week) and with a salary regulated by the CCNL Credito
  • for the remaining time you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Consultant enabled to offer services outside the branch with an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the possibility of building a portfolio of selected clients and obtaining remuneration linked to its profitability, receiving a guaranteed minimum for the first six months of activity and specific bonuses in case of portfolio expansion
  • full access to Intesa Sanpaolo Group benefits (Pension Fund, Healthcare Assistance, Preferential Conditions, etc.)
