Job Summary:

As a Finance Specialist you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality finance domain input to guide AI model training and evaluation processes.
  2. Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to review, critique, and generate finance-related content in Google Workspace tools.
  3. Leverage your expert knowledge to create, validate, and improve finance data and documentation.
  4. Utilize Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets to deliver accurate and comprehensive financial scenarios, reports, and analyses.
  5. Identify and suggest process improvements for data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in training datasets.
  6. Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, concise written and verbal forms tailored to diverse audiences.
  7. Stay updated on the latest finance trends and Google Workspace functionalities relevant to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance-related positions with a proven track record of analytical and reporting expertise.
  2. Strong educational background in finance or a related field.
  3. Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
  6. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality outputs.
  7. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes in an evolving AI training context.
