Operational Excellence Specialist | B2B Solutions

Do you want to change the world?

At Cabify, we believe a new form of urban mobility is possible. An ecosystem that allows for fewer private cars on the streets, more sustainable vehicles, and more efficient routes.

Cities where streets are designed by and for people, not for cars. Products and services that generate economic, social, and environmental value through sustainable and efficient mobility alternatives.

And it's not just that we believe in it; we work our magic to make it possible. If you share the same purpose with us, keep reading because… This is the place for you!

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

At Cabify Peru, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement for B2B Solutions.

This position will play a key role in designing and implementing mobility solutions for corporate clients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and optimizing processes through data analysis, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions: analyze the operational needs of highly complex potential clients and convert them into personalized, efficient, and scalable mobility solutions.
  • Manage projects comprehensively: plan and coordinate the implementation of each solution, coordinating with teams such as B2B, Product, Global COPs, and Legal to ensure their correct execution, monitoring, and evolution.
  • Strengthen governance and process control: oversee the processes of the TN, Support, and Offline teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with defined operational standards.
  • Monitor and optimize indicators: track the main KPIs of the operation, analyze deviations, and propose actions that improve efficiency, service quality, and the customer experience.
  • Optimize and automate workflows: identify repetitive tasks or inefficient processes and apply continuous improvement methodologies, automation tools, and artificial intelligence to simplify them.
  • Resolve complex operational incidents: anticipate risks and manage problems in dynamic environments, ensuring the continuity of the operation, compliance with the value proposition, and the loyalty of our clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with a focus on operations and process improvement.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in process, project, or operations management. Experience in logistics, supply chain, PMO, or core operations will be especially valued.
  • Experience in the design, analysis, or evaluation of operational cost structures.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies.
  • Analytical ability to interpret information, monitor indicators, and turn findings into action plans.
  • Interest or experience in automation tools, such as n8n, and in the use of artificial intelligence to analyze information and reduce manual tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and the ability to coordinate with different teams and profiles.
