Your Tasks

  • Preparation, execution and monitoring of all construction projects, maintenance and renovation work in the CIB Group offices in Spain
  • Planning and coordination of all assembly and renovation work
  • Control of construction contracts
  • Real estate management – ongoing monitoring of building structures and infrastructure
  • Building automation, smart building and energy management
  • Management and monitoring of preventive legal inspections in compliance with safety regulations
  • Budget planning for new projects – request for quotes and comparisons as well as ongoing cost control
  • Compliance with internal standards and procedures taking into account quality standards and implementation deadlines

Your Profile

  • Ideally training in civil engineering
  • Advanced German language skills (B2 or higher)
  • Professional experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar position of at least 3 years
  • Industry knowledge and contacts with external partners (architects, contractors)
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
