Your Tasks

  • Preparation, execution, and monitoring of all construction projects, maintenance, and renovation work
  • Planning and coordination of all assembly and renovation work
  • Control of construction contracts
  • Property management – ongoing monitoring of building structures and infrastructure
  • Building automation, smart building, and energy management
  • Management and monitoring of preventive inspections of a legal nature in compliance with safety regulations
  • Budget planning for new projects – request for quotes and comparisons as well as ongoing cost control
  • Compliance with internal standards and procedures taking into account quality standards and implementation deadlines

Your Profile

  • Ideally, training in civil engineering
  • You have advanced German and/or English language skills (B2+)
  • Professional experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar position of at least 3 years
  • Industry knowledge and contact with external partners (architects, contractors)
  • Negotiation skills and strong communication talent
