Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Technology Manager to lead the technological strategy for the evolution of our product portfolio for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), which includes solutions for credit granting, monitoring, collections, self-management, and financial management, as well as our platforms covering web, app, and WhatsApp, using Agentic AI as a competitive differentiator.
This leader must deeply understand the pain points of SMEs, the business strategy, and new technologies (with an emphasis on Open Finance, Electronic Duplicates, data, and AI) to ensure constant delivery of value to the customer, accelerated time-to-market, and development quality. To achieve this, your area involves the disciplines of development engineering, QA, data and AI, architecture, SRE, support, and contract management.
Also relevant in this position is an intense partnership with the GPMs and designers of the business unit, in addition to identifying, influencing, and enabling other internal and external partnerships that can accelerate learning, results, and productivity.
The main focus of this role is summarized as “outcomes over outputs” and constant evolution, with your biggest challenge being the speed to market for solutions and platforms, as well as the maturation of the AI First concept within our ecosystem.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in technology within the financial market, having worked in the SME segment at some point and in a leadership role for at least 5 years;
- Practical experience and constant evolution in new technologies, with an emphasis on generative and agentic AI;
- Experience in Product Development through integrated product, design, and technology squads;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influence to interact with teams, internal and external partners, and executive levels, taking the ecosystem to the next level;
- Analytical capacity, focus on data and impact metrics, productivity, and budget and contract management;
- Advanced English for interaction and presentations (fluency is a plus).
