Job Description
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts in the SMB segment. You must understand all processes, strategies, and decision-making, as your objective is to ensure success between the company and the account to conduct sales effectively and build long-term customer loyalty.
In addition to ensuring compliance, you are responsible for the assigned Revenue Recognition Budget.
Deliverables:
Develop commercial strategies and a set of solutions that meet the needs of your assigned accounts with high potential for deepening the SME segment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop business relationships with decision-makers beyond the assigned department.
- Have a panoramic view of the market that you use to develop prioritization plans based on potential by industry, investment history in services, and alignment with the solution portfolio.
- Build high-value proposals with large-scale processes that include success cases and align with industry needs.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding acquired plans, billing, rate cards, plan renewals, and/or plan changes for customer benefit. Post-sales service.
- Conduct telemarketing to assigned SME segment accounts.
- Record management in Salesforce, register cases in Bizagi, and follow up on solutions with the customer service team.
- Indicate in BizagiGo the special processes to execute the databases, maintaining permanent communication with Experian's implementation and Batch areas.
- Send and accompany the customer through the database upload process.
- Review billing and product delivery to the customer.
- Continuously support the customer in developing their business, expanding the service portfolio.
- Identify compelling reasons why the customer should act with a high sense of urgency to invest in a solution like the one offered.
- Understand the customer's value chain, their main market differentiators, as well as strategic challenges including competitor behavior.
- Develop business relationships with decision-makers beyond the assigned department.

Qualifications
- Degree in administrative or financial fields required.
- Minimum 2 years in post-sales services, telemarketing, phone sales, in-person sales, and corporate customer account management.
- Experience with products beyond credit cards.
