🎯 Role Mission

The main objective of the person joining as Efficiency Services Specialist will be to pursue and achieve the efficiency of services and operations.

This person will be responsible for designing, administering, maintaining, and improving technological solutions (end to end) both through third-party tools and in-house development within the operations area, as well as providing technical support for them to internal stakeholders.

Additionally, they will be responsible for creating new workflows and proposing internal changes to improve operations and their efficiency.

🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

As Global Tech Specialist (Efficiency Services) you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

  • Leading technological projects from start to finish, understanding the requirements of different stakeholders and proposing the best solution (technical consultant profile).
  • Seeking to maximize the potential of the technological structure available, thanks to deep knowledge of different tools.
  • Administering external tools: Zendesk (CRM Ticketing), and other No Code platforms: (Zapier, N8N, Make, Power Automate, etc).
  • Administering internal tools, developed by in-house Product and Engineering teams.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in technology tools.
  • Coordinating the implementation of internal developments from design through production deployment and quality control.
  • Identifying possible improvements in configuration and processes.
  • Analyzing the needs of different stakeholders to provide the most appropriate technical solution.
  • Building operations, processes, and incident resolution.
  • Implementation (operation) of the entire support service model.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in technological environments and/or passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments across multiple teams.
  • Experience with AI, automation, proactivity, and curiosity to propose innovative solutions.
  • Self-taught profile with openness to technology.
  • Experience administering other tools, such as:
    • Zendesk WFM (workforce management tools)
    • AWS
    • Amazon Connect (Cloud contact center service)
    • Salesforce (Sales CRM)
    • Jotform (form creation)
    • Click Up (Project and task management)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Excel
    • Power Point
    • Code (SQL, etc)
    • Databases
    • App development
    • System integrations
    • Migrations
  • Languages: English (B2 desirable)
