About Job
- Promote business in the assigned area based on accurate scientific knowledge and company policy for assigned customers.
· Understand TTL strategy, formulate action plans based on product and sales strategies in collaboration with co-promotion partners, and achieve results in the assigned area by executing these plans with support from supervisors and colleagues to meet stretch goals.
· Understand the influence of assigned customers (position, academic roles, regional roles, relationships with other doctors, future potential, etc.), plan how to permeate company strategy to customers, formulate stretch goals, and conduct activities aimed at behavioral change.
· Actively utilize AI and new tools introduced by the company to conduct omnichannel approaches tailored to customer situations and continuous activities, leading to value creation and problem-solving.
2. Advance work while cooperating with other team members and members of other departments.
· Always make necessary comments and proposals with a positive attitude within the sales office.
· Always consider your own work and role, and while obtaining support from supervisors, colleagues, and co-promotion partners as necessary, improve the mindset and the quality and quantity of activities, contributing to the sales office in terms of both results and activities.
· Communicate closely with team members and supervisors, actively seek advice and feedback, and apply it to your own activities.
3. Correctly understand the latest internal and external rules and conduct patient-centric activities.
· Compliance & Integrity: Constantly check and understand the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policy, reflect on your own actions, and apply feedback from supervisors and sales office members to daily activities.
· Post-marketing surveillance, side effect/complaint handling, etc.: Reliably monitor and appropriately operate compliance items such as GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and maintenance of appropriate pricing.
· Contribution to society through products: Continuously develop appropriate promotions and disease awareness, and contribute to society by delivering products to all patients in need as soon as possible.
· Proactively engage in activities to improve the work environment of the sales office and contribute to creating a workplace where everyone can perform at a high level.
About you
Experience Requirements:
- Experience working with biologics or specialty care products, and knowledge/experience in the assigned area (respiratory).
- Someone who enjoys new environments.
- Experience in handling university hospitals and the ability to conduct activities involving related facilities.
Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required:
- Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.)
- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Driver's license (in principle)
- MR certification (in principle)
- While not required at this time, someone who has a willingness to learn English and can pursue self-improvement.
