In the field of brokerage services and investment funds, we are introducing a new digital platform of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group for the Slovenian market.
We are looking for an expert who wants to participate in one of the key development projects in the field of digital investment services and connect business needs, user experience, and technological solutions. You will collaborate with business units, IT teams, software developers, and experts from the Intesa Sanpaolo Group and co-create the future of digital investing.
The opportunity is interesting for both experts in the field of digital solutions and technical support as well as experts in the field of brokerage services and investment funds who want to participate in the development of modern digital services.
Your tasks will be:
- participation in the implementation, localization, and upgrades of digital platforms for brokerage services and investment funds,
- participation in transformation projects and implementation of new digital services, functionalities, and improvements to user experience,
- connecting business needs with IT solutions and assisting in the design and alignment of business and functional requirements,
- coordination of collaboration between business units, IT teams, software developers, product owners, and representatives of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group,
- participation in the implementation of web and mobile solutions, fintech integrations, and other digital services,
- monitoring the lifecycle of digital solutions – from planning and implementation to upgrades and further development,
- monitoring the effectiveness of digital solutions through usage, responsiveness, stability, and user satisfaction, and preparing improvement proposals,
- identifying opportunities for improvements in user experience and process efficiency,
- ensuring alignment of local solutions with group guidelines, standards, and technological directions,
- advising on technological and digital aspects of processes in the field of brokerage services and investment funds.
We expect:
- Level VII education in information technology, computer science, electrical engineering, economics, or another relevant field,
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience with digital solutions, technical support, digital product development, product management in IT, or similar projects,
- knowledge of the field of brokerage services and/or investment funds or interest in deepening knowledge in these fields,
- understanding of the brokerage process from a technical perspective and experience with investment products or banking environment as an important advantage,
- good knowledge of digital trends in banking, such as mobile applications, open banking, UX/UI, fintech integrations, and digital user flows,
- basic understanding of web and mobile application architectures and the ability to collaborate with software developers and technical teams,
- analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions and formulate improvement proposals,
- excellent communication and coordination skills to connect business, technical, and group stakeholders,
- proactivity, innovation, adaptability to rapid technological changes, and basic project task management,
- knowledge of agile working methods and active knowledge of the English language.
