You will work on projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You will design user-centered, innovative digital B2B and B2C solutions and develop prototypes in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate concepts

You will ensure a user-centered mindset and perspective from the early stages of a project

You will continuously develop Accso's approaches and service offerings for AI-supported design

Coaching team members up to the management level and supporting project acquisitions are also part of your responsibilities

What sets you apart:
-
You have a successfully completed university degree in a design, creative, or computer science context
-
You have already successfully implemented the design of digital solutions and digitalization projects and ideally support your expertise with certificates such as IREB or UXQB
-
You have practical experience in creating and using design systems as well as component-based UI design, and you utilize Agentic AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, and comparable AI tools
-
You are proficient in using methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile Software Development, or Design Sprints and impress with analytical and structured thinking, excellent conceptual skills, and a quick grasp of new concepts

You work with a strong customer focus and have excellent communication skills. You are fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have very good English skills (at least B2 level)

As a Digital Designer, you not only shape digital products but also the agile and digital transformation of our clients.
