You will work on projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You will conceive user-centered, innovative digital B2B and B2C solutions and translate them directly into functional code to build interfaces that combine design and engineering quality

You will develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design tokens as a common language between design and development

You will build high-fidelity prototypes in real code (Angular, Vue, etc.) to evaluate concepts realistically rather than just visualizing them

You will coach team members up to the management level and support project acquisitions as well as the expansion of Accso's service offerings for AI-supported design

What sets you apart:

You have a successfully completed university degree in computer science, media informatics, or a design context – or a comparable background that combines design and software engineering
-
You possess sound experience in using Agentic AI tools such as Figma (MCP / Make), Claude (Code / Design), Cursor, and comparable tools
-
You have practical experience in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, at least one modern framework like Angular, Vue, or Svelte) and in building UI components

You have experience with design systems, component-driven development (Storybook or similar), and design tokens
-
You use your excellent communication skills in both German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level) with a strong customer orientation when speaking with development teams as well as at the management level
