Overview

You will join the Digital Business Partner team and contribute to the delivery of significant initiatives in Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking. You will proactively, autonomously and results-driven foster and coordinate active dialogue among all stakeholders (business representatives, control functions and IT teams), building solid relationships in order to identify the most effective and efficient ways to achieve the objectives of the Industrial Plan.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Contribute to defining and evolving the Digital Assets strategy, identifying market trends, new business opportunities and possible applications of Blockchain/DLT to financial services
  • Support the development of innovative products and services in Digital Asset Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, DLT and financial market infrastructures
  • Actively take part in formalizing project requirements and identifying the best ways to implement them
  • Support strategic and project initiatives end-to-end, from the idea and business case stage through to defining the operating model, implementation and subsequent go-to-market
  • Work with IT teams to evaluate solutions and technology architectures, ensuring consistency between business needs, technical feasibility and security and scalability requirements
  • Ensure ongoing dialogue among the various user and IT stakeholders, guaranteeing alignment between needs, costs, regulatory constraints and solutions
  • Contribute to collecting and formalizing business and regulatory requirements, verifying the related documentation
  • Prepare project documentation, supporting the preparation of key project progress updates (relevant meetings, SAL, Steering, ...)

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, organizational and regulatory projects in the Banking sector, with a focus on Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking
  • Degree preferably in economics or scientific disciplines
  • Solid knowledge of the Digital Assets field, with particular reference to DLT/Blockchain, tokenization, Digital Securities and Digital Asset Custody
  • Experience in analysis, requirements gathering and preparing project documentation
  • Experience managing complex and cross-functional projects, with the ability to interface with Business, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations stakeholders
  • Knowledge/use of AI tools
  • Willingness to continuously experiment and evolve processes, solutions and ways of working, also leveraging the potential enabled by AI
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an aptitude for working in international contexts and highly complex environments
  • Participation in complex interdisciplinary projects
  • Management of project economics with a Total Cost of Ownership approach
  • English language knowledge at least at B2 level on the CEFR scale
  • Knowledge of the main regulations in Capital Markets (MiCAR, D€, EBW, ...)
  • Experience of study and/or work in an international context is a preferred qualification
