As a Product Designer on our team, we expect you to make a difference!

You will be responsible for the conception and evolution of the product you are assigned to. For this, you will use all your technical and professional background going beyond design, but being part of discovery and strategic definitions. Plus, of course, being essential in the product development stages and monitoring results. We expect you to always pay attention to business objectives together with user needs, caring about bringing the best experience that brings the best results as well.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Build high-fidelity prototypes
  • User research
  • Benchmarking
  • Conversion funnel analysis
  • Journey maps
  • Information architecture deliverables
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional team
  • Constantly communicate with the product and technology teams

We expect you to have:

  • Empathy for users
  • Communication and collaboration with other Design team members and other teams
  • Organization and prioritization of activities
  • Ability to think critically about user needs and business needs
  • Technical ability to conduct user research and analyze results
  • Ability to fully use Figma
  • Self-management ability
