MISSION

Contributes to the achievement of the store’s objectives, with a strong focus on store operations and customer experience. Oversees stockroom activities by coordinating the store’s Stock Specialists and ensures an excellent customer experience through the performance and development of the Sales Associate team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience

  • Takes ownership of the Customer Experience in store, ensuring that all aspects of the selling ceremony are consistently delivered by the team.

  • Monitors service standards and sets daily customer experience objectives.

  • Contributes to creating a positive and engaging sales floor environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

  • Analyses the impact of visual merchandising and product presentation on sales performance and KPIs.

  • Manages customer returns, enquiries and complaints, ensuring an appropriate and professional resolution.

People

  • Demonstrates a strong presence and expertise on the sales floor, ensuring the correct execution of the selling ceremony, service standards and product presentation.

  • Keeps the team engaged and focused through ongoing performance feedback, maximizing every opportunity to connect with and convert customers.

  • Maintains a strong awareness of store sales performance and implements actions to maximize results.

  • Supports the Store Manager in setting quantitative and qualitative objectives for the team and monitors their achievement.

  • Supports the Store Manager in selecting, motivating, developing and leading the team, with a particular focus on Sales.

  • Ensures an effective onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Ensures effective communication of company initiatives and key messages through daily briefings, product training and CRM activities.

Operations

  • Ensures the correct execution of CRM activities and supports the achievement of customer conversion and retention targets.

  • Oversees omnichannel selling activities, including OIS.

  • Supports the Store Manager in assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

  • Coordinates the stockroom team to ensure appropriate stock replenishment and the right product mix on the sales floor.

  • Ensures that all necessary measures are in place to protect products, materials, fixtures and equipment both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

  • Manages end-of-season returns and product transfers.

Sales & KPIs

  • Drives continuous improvement in KPIs and sales performance through effective coordination and coaching of the Sales team.

  • Maximizes sales through analytical management of merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.

  • Uses company reports and data to identify trends and develop actions and strategies to maximize sales.

  • Conducts daily meetings and briefings to ensure team alignment, clear priorities and achievement of store objectives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a structured retail environment.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

  • Ability to take a broad, “big picture” view while managing day-to-day priorities.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Fluent Italian and basic English.

Salary range:€29.000,00-€38.000,00

Where required by applicable local law, PVH publishes base salary ranges for all positions in job advertisements in the EMEA region. These ranges reflect the salary band intended for the position at the time of the advertisement's publication.

Individual compensation within the indicated range will be determined solely on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account, among other things, skills, responsibilities, required effort, and working conditions. The indicated salary range does not in any way constitute a right to a specific salary within the range itself.

Unless otherwise indicated, salary ranges refer to a full-time contract of 40 hours per week and will be pro-rated based on the working hours provided for in the individual contract.
