AltScore is looking for a Delivery Engineer to own technical implementations end-to-end, ensuring our clients reach production fast and without surprises.
What you'll do
- Lead client integrations from kickoff to handoff — on time, on scope
- Design scalable integration solutions that fit each client's systems
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders proactively informed throughout the project
- Identify and escalate risks early, always with a proposed solution
- Turn project learnings into reusable playbooks and documentation
What we're looking for
- Experienced programmer, strong fundamentals of software engineering and software architecture
- Experieced with AI and agentic engineering (Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, etc.)
- Experience in technical implementations or B2B software integrations (SaaS, fintech, or similar)
- Ability to own multiple projects in parallel without dropping quality or communication
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ownership mindset — you drive your projects to completion
Requirements
- Engineering expertise (~5000 hours of deliberate practice or previous relevant work experience), with a strong focus on data integrations.
- Experience working with first-party and second-party data, integrating data from various sources (including APIs, web scraping, and partner data systems).
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.

- Base Salary: $1,000 - $3,000 USD per month, depending on skills according to our engineering scale.
