Job Description
The Data Management Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the quality and reliability of information for clients in their portfolio through the execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of processes associated with Bureau information reporting. They also provide support to clients regarding reports for Alternative Data and/or Consented Data, ensuring compliance with the standards defined for this data.
The position combines analytical, management, and client relationship skills to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and drive initiatives that promote the incorporation and utilization of new data sources to strengthen the business. Likewise, it contributes to offering a positive client experience by promoting efficient processes and long-term relationships.
The role integrates three key dimensions:
Management: administration and monitoring of data-related processes, ensuring information quality and client support.
Analytics: analysis of information to identify deviations, trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Strategic: generation and implementation of initiatives that strengthen data quality, data utilization, automation, and client experience. Additionally, identifying opportunities to expand the information or data reported by clients, promoting the incorporation of new sources, attributes, and reports that generate greater value for the business.
Deliverables:
· Comprehensive management of the assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely updates and the quality of information reported to the Bureau, and where applicable, Alternative Data and Consented Data.
· Monitoring of quality and performance indicators for the assigned portfolio, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
· Analysis of deviations, root causes, and action plans to strengthen information quality and service continuity for clients.
· Preparation of reports and tracking dashboards for client sessions, facilitating indicator monitoring and decision-making.
· Management and follow-up of requirements, incidents, and escalated cases, ensuring their traceability and timely resolution.
· Validation and updating of processes, business rules, and guidelines associated with information management, proposing improvements when opportunities are identified.
· Implementation of continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives aimed at strengthening process efficiency and client experience.
· Identification of opportunities to expand or strengthen the use of information, promoting the utilization of new data sources where applicable.
· Generation of analysis and valuable information to support decision-making for client corrections when required.
· Specialized support and consulting for clients, promoting compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and correct data lifecycle management.
Job Responsibilities:
ü Manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely updates and the quality of information reported to the Bureau and, where applicable, Alternative Data and Consented Data.
ü Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and regulations in data lifecycle management.
ü Monitor process and information performance through indicators, identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
ü Manage client requirements, incidents, and escalated cases, ensuring their timely attention and resolution.
ü Advise clients on the proper use of reporting processes and mechanisms, promoting information quality and adherence to best practices.
ü Coordinate with the Assistant Manager and Manager to implement actions that strengthen information quality and service continuity.
ü Propose and drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives that increase efficiency and client experience.
ü Identify opportunities to strengthen the utilization of information and support initiatives related to new data sources and analytical solutions.
ü Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including provisions related to Habeas Data and other internal information management guidelines.
ü Keep documentation of processes, business rules, and guidelines associated with data management under their responsibility updated.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Professionals or students in their final semesters in: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Data quality management. Information administration and analysis. Client portfolio management or business client service.
- Required technical knowledge: Intermediate Excel Intermediate Power BI. Basic SQL (desirable) Tableau (desirable). Python (desirable). Database management (desirable). CRM (preferably Salesforce). Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Teams). Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools is desirable.
