As a Customer Success Manager at PVcase, you will be responsible for nurturing customers from onboarding through renewal. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success Management (EMEA). We are seeking a candidate with experience managing customers in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of renewing contracts, identifying expansion opportunities, and building strong, impactful customer relationships.
