Job Description

Would you like a role where customer service, responsibility, and development go hand in hand?

As a Customer Service Representative at Experian, you will become part of an engaged team where high service quality is combined with improvements, automation, and collaboration across the organization. The role is therefore more than classic support. You will be an important part of the customer experience and at the same time have the opportunity to contribute to how we work smarter and better.

Your tasks:

You will have a day-to-day role with variety and responsibility, where you will, among other things:

  • handle and resolve customer cases via email and phone from first contact until the case is closed
  • guide customers in the use of our applications and services
  • coordinate and follow up on more technical cases in collaboration with 2nd line support
  • work with contract management and customer vetting in connection with sales processes
  • ensure correct assignment and administration of user access

Beyond the daily operations, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvements and development in the team. This could, for example, be:

  • identifying opportunities for process optimization and helping to translate them into concrete improvements
  • spotting potential for automation and developing ideas together with relevant specialists
  • contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing in the team
  • participating in ad hoc projects across teams and countries

  • speak and write fluent Danish and have a high level in both written and spoken English
