The Customer Operations area is the key piece to materialize our value proposition. Our mission is to ensure that the company's strategy is translated efficiently, reliably, and frictionlessly to all our audiences through robust customer systems and processes. 🎯 Role Mission

As a member of Customer Operations, your objective will be to lead the implementation of strategic improvements in the user lifecycle, ensuring that our processes are flexible, analytical, and oriented toward operational excellence.

🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

  • You will act as a Customer Operations representative to multidisciplinary teams (squads), building trust relationships in multicultural environments.

  • You will analyze data and key information to identify best practices and improvement opportunities in the customer journey.

  • You will design agile processes and systems that adapt to constant changes in the industry and market.

  • You will coordinate cross-functional improvement projects that directly impact the experience and loyalty of our audiences.

  • You will oversee the achievement of milestones by the teams involved to ensure fast and accurate project execution.

  • You will develop high-quality deliverables that provide visibility into progress and allow us to replicate successes in the future.

🔍 What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: More than 3 years in Consulting or similar strategic management fields.

  • Project Management: Previous experience driving efforts in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven profile with the ability to solve problems in a structured way.

  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with Tableau.

  • Soft Skills: Proactivity, assertiveness, and passion for continuous improvement.

  • Languages: Intermediate-high level of English (required for multicultural environments).
