We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Specialist to drive the delivery of our lifecycle and campaign marketing. You will work closely with product and marketing to build automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messages. You’ll be responsible for creating personalised communications that drive activation, retention, and engagement, helping our community get the most out of their digital wardrobes.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience building and managing lifecycle campaigns in an app, subscription, or gaming environment. Hands-on proficiency with Braze (or similar enterprise CRM tools) to set up triggers, segmentation, and multi-channel journeys. A data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and using insights to optimise campaign performance. Strong copywriting skills for concise, engaging user-facing messages, and familiarity with Figma for light creative tweaks. A user-focused attitude, you understand behavioural psychology and are excited to nurture our community. Being an actual user of the Whering app is a massive plus!
