CRM Specialist

Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Planning and implementing CRM programs, campaigns, and customer journeys aimed at increasing customer value.
  • Supporting and adapting Intesa Sanpaolo's domestic and international CRM projects.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven CRM solutions (e.g., next best offer, customer segmentation, churn models).
  • Preparing CRM presentations for CIB Bank's senior management and international stakeholders.
  • Participating in domestic and international innovative customer experience and digitalization projects.
  • Analyzing customer data, generating insights, and incorporating them into business decisions.
  • Developing customer segmentation models, campaign strategies, and lifecycle-based communications.
  • Measuring the business impact of campaigns and CRM activities (e.g., conversion, customer value, retention).
  • Defining business requirements for CRM systems and coordinating their development (e.g., campaign management tools).
  • Creating and developing end-to-end CRM processes for efficient customer service.
  • Working closely with other departments (marketing, digital, IT, product development) to achieve strategic goals.
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing competitors' CRM and customer experience solutions.
  • Providing professional support and development to junior and mid-level colleagues in the CRM area.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have 5-10 years of professional experience.
  • Communicate confidently in Hungarian and English.
  • Have excellent analytical skills.
  • Possess high-level mathematical, statistical, and corporate finance knowledge.
  • Are familiar with banking products and the local banking sector.
  • Approach tasks with an innovative mindset.
  • Appreciate the home office option.
  • Are confident in MS Office.
  • Have user-level SQL programming knowledge.
  • Value working with professionally excellent colleagues.
