Job Description
As part of a strategic project with one of our major account clients, we are looking for a CRM Project Manager to take on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze the needs of marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Define and manage the CRM roadmap.
- Coordinate various stakeholders (business teams, IT, agencies, vendors).
- Oversee CRM campaigns and platform enhancements.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of customer data.
- Monitor performance indicators (acquisition, retention, engagement, loyalty).
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree +5 years (Engineering School, Master's in IT, Data, or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM project management

Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus
