We play a key role in identifying and solving various business issues for global service operations. Our team operates based on data, leveraging data analysis and insights throughout the entire process from establishing business strategies to their execution to support decision-making. We align the growth direction of the entire team and contribute to enabling the organization to effectively solve problems and achieve continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all communication channels and content for Azar users (all channels excluding customer service such as pop-ups, banners, in-app notification center, push notifications, emails, etc.)
  • Establish and execute CRM strategy roadmaps to increase key service metrics (engagement, retention, revenue, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the product analysis team to closely analyze each funnel in the user journey and establish improvement plans
  • Write user messages for each segment for optimal User Journey and conduct risk reviews
  • Execute the CRM roadmap through collaboration with the development team and improve through iteration
  • Improve internal CRM systems through collaboration with the development team

Requirements

  • Experience in mobile service operations (CS, CRM, content operations, etc.)
  • Ability to design CRM campaigns according to User Lifecycle and analyze results
  • Understanding of key service metrics and problem-solving ability (problem definition, logical reasoning, deriving improvements, data analysis, etc.)
  • Smooth communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate in written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in startup/IT-related industries
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze)
  • Experience working in English with multinational collaborators
  • Proficiency in SQL
