About the role
We are looking for an intern to join the global Content team at Cabify. You will participate in the creation and adaptation of content for different markets, channels, and audiences, collaborating with global and local teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. You will work on marketing, product, and communication projects with an international scope, exploring new ways to optimize and scale content using artificial intelligence.
What will you do?
- Support the creation of content for global campaigns and communications.
- Support the adaptation of content for local teams, ensuring consistency with the global brand strategy and tone.
- Create and review copy for different channels and touchpoints, including CRM (emails, push notifications, and in-app messages), web, paid media, and social media.
- Adapt messages and formats for the brand's different audiences according to their needs and context.
- Work cross-functionally with global and local marketing, product, design, and business teams.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to create, adapt, and optimize content, learning new methodologies to scale production efficiently without compromising the quality and consistency of the messages.
What are we looking for?
- Student of Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Philology, or related fields.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt messages to different channels, formats, and audiences.
- Curiosity to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools applied to content creation and optimization.
- Collaborative mindset, proactivity, and a desire to learn.
