Qualifications
Qualifications
- Solid experience in the business area (minimum 5 years), with a consistent track record in revenue generation and business development;
- Direct involvement in the complete sales cycle ("revenue in your veins"), with a focus on growth, negotiation, and deal closing;
- Strong foundation in finance and technology, with experience in high-convergence segments, such as datatechs, banks, fintechs, financial institutions, technology, and telcos;
- Experience in the core financial retail sector, with mastery of financial products and services applied to the sector;
- Experience with clients in distribution, wholesale, and expanded retail segments, including dynamic and informal environments;
- Restless and curious profile, with the ability to question the status quo constructively, both internally and in client relationships;
- Strong behavioral reading, with the ability to interpret contexts, interests, and decision-making dynamics;
- Ability to formulate relevant and strategic questions that stimulate reflection and direct value-driven solutions;
- Maturity for dialogue with C-level executives, with confidence, clarity, and influence;
- Leadership posture, with high level of ambition, positioning, and active conduct of strategic discussions and results generation.
