Serasa Experian is following a fast-paced rhythm of growth and evolution in our business ecosystem, continuously expanding our commercial operations, analytical capabilities, and market solutions.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Solid experience in the business area (minimum of 5 years), with a consistent track record in revenue generation and business development;
- Direct experience in the full sales cycle, with a focus on growth, negotiation, and closing deals;
- Strong foundation in finance and technology, with experience in high-convergence segments such as datatechs, banks, fintechs, financial institutions, technology, and telcos;
- Experience in the financial core of Retail, with mastery of financial products and services applied to the sector;
- Experience with clients in the distribution, wholesale/retail (atacarejo), and expanded retail segments, including dynamic and informal environments;
- Restless and curious profile, with the ability to constructively challenge the status quo, both internally and in relationships with clients;
- Strong behavioral reading, with the ability to interpret contexts, interests, and decision-making dynamics;
- Ability to formulate relevant and strategic questions that stimulate reflection and direct value-based solutions;
- Maturity to engage with C-level executives, with confidence, clarity, and influence;
- Proactive stance, with a high level of ambition, positioning, and active leadership of strategic discussions and result generation.
