Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Senior-level expertise in the Health segment, including market structure, key players, products, regulation, and commercial dynamics of the sector.
- Solid and in-depth market knowledge, compatible with senior level, enabling strategic action and decision-making with a high degree of autonomy.
- Analytical capability applied to business, with the ability to evaluate scenarios, identify opportunities, and guide commercial strategies.
- Application of strategic intelligence in the commercial context, using data, metrics, and insights to direct pipeline, prioritize accounts, and expand revenue.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), including pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and commercial performance analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate relationship practices, with structured capacity to interact with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (desirable), with practical application in commercial activities, especially in prospecting, pipeline generation, and stakeholder interaction.
- Knowledge in commercial team management, including planning, performance tracking, development, and strategic direction of teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Act strategically in the Health market, mapping trends, players, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Apply market knowledge to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value commercial opportunities.
- Conduct structured analyses and support commercial decisions with a strategic business vision, focused on growth and profitability.
- Use strategic intelligence (data, metrics, and insights) to direct commercial actions, pipeline management, and priority definition.
- Manage the sales funnel through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring organization, predictability, and forecast accuracy.
- Establish and conduct relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, with a high level of interaction and influence.
- Support and execute prospecting initiatives and pipeline generation, including English interaction when necessary.
- Lead and develop commercial teams, ensuring strategic alignment, performance tracking, and continuous team evolution.
- Work on the structuring and execution of commercial strategies, connecting market intelligence and business objectives.
