Overview
You will join Prestitalia, a company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, within a structured agency network where you will work in sales in direct contact with customers. You will be responsible for proposing personalised credit solutions, initially supported by a Coach and later by a Team Leader. You will work independently but within a solid organisation, with tools, ongoing training and a clear path for professional growth.
What your activities will be
- Manage the off-site placement of credit products (personal loans, salary-assignment loans (cessione del quinto) for public and private employees and pensioners, payment delegation (prestito delega) and acquiring solutions (POS), with an innovative and digital approach
- Take part in defining and carrying out communication and promotion initiatives for the products
- Acquire new customers, both private and business, through sales proposals integrated with the offering of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group
- Develop cross-selling activities with the Bank's customers, making the most of existing sales opportunities
Who we are looking for
Are you at the start of your professional career or do you wish to consolidate your experience in sales? If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- an entrepreneurial approach, which we will develop together
- planning and organisation of activities
- focus on achieving goals and results
The following would be an advantage:
- a degree in economics (laurea or five-year diploma) or equivalent experience
- short experience in sales
- registration with the OAM lists (Organismo Agenti e Mediatori) for less than one year
