Overview
Join Prestitalia, a company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, in a structured agency network where you will work in a commercial role in direct contact with customers. You will be responsible for proposing personalized credit solutions, supported initially by a Coach and, subsequently, by a Team Leader. You will work autonomously but within a solid organization, with tools, continuous training, and a clear professional growth path.
What your activities will be
- Manage the off-site placement of credit products (personal loans, salary-backed loans for public/private employees and pensioners, payment delegation (delegated loans), and acquiring solutions (POS), with an innovative and digital approach
- Participate in the definition and implementation of communication and product promotion initiatives
- Acquire new customers, both private and business, through commercial proposals integrated with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group offer
- Develop cross-selling activities for Bank customers, leveraging existing commercial opportunities
Who we are looking for
Are you at the beginning of your professional journey or do you wish to consolidate your experience in the commercial field? If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- entrepreneurial approach, which we will develop together
- planning and organization of activities
- orientation towards achieving goals and results
The following are a plus:
- degree in an economic field (university degree or five-year high school diploma) or equivalent experience
- brief experience in the commercial field
- registration with the OAM (Organismo Agenti e Mediatori) lists for less than a year
