Key Responsibilities:
- Collect market information through the company management system and other compliant channels and methods, conduct effective analysis, and provide feedback and recommendations
- Utilize resources effectively to conduct customer visits in accordance with company policies and procedures, meet or exceed business targets
- Drive the implementation of regional healthcare policies and related initiatives through cross-departmental collaboration, ensure drug accessibility in the region, promote clinical high-risk screening, and accelerate diagnosis
- Plan and organize various meetings or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, explore regional market potential, complete major customer management, develop and execute regional market strategies, and other related work
- Actively advocate for company culture, strictly implement all company regulations and procedures, and be responsible for third-party personnel recruitment, management, and performance evaluation
About the Candidate
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background:
Associate degree or above, with a background in pharmaceutical or related fields
Work Experience and Knowledge Background:
- 3 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical-related work; experience in multinational companies, specialty pharma, or rare diseases is preferred
- Industry/product knowledge
