Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the achievement of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE:
- contributing to sales support and cooperating with the team,
- looking for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- providing information and expert advice to clients,
- carrying out cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- carrying out client service operations and handling cash responsibly,
- taking part in administrative activities,
- continuously educating yourself on developments in the world of finance and growing professionally.
What you can expect from us

Required experience
Candidates with the following education suit the position:
- secondary education with a maturita (A-level) certificate
- experience working with cash
- years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:

- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
